- Aston Resources (CTO — IPO and merger period) — Chief Technology Officer. A$400m IPO; merger with Whitehaven reported ~US$3bn.
- Reddog Technology (2004–2017) — Co-founder. Built, scaled and exited to customers.
- Reddog Infrastructure (Asset finance) — Founder / owner. Separate asset-finance company to support Reddog Technology; substantial financed asset base; later sold.
- Newcastle Knights & Jets (2011–2014) — Chief Technology Officer. Corporate restructure and privatisation period.
- Patinack Farm — Chief Technology Officer. Joined before the business was established and helped build the operation from inception into one of Australia's major thoroughbred racing and breeding businesses, valued at approximately A$500 million or more at the time.
- TStreet — Strategic advisory / capital. Pivot and capital raises.
